SHIPPING POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every item before packing and shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000

For orders below Rs. 2000, shipping will be charged on actuals, based on the total weight of the products in your cart.

Up to 1kg, you would need to pay, Rs. 50 for shipping; between 1kg-2kgs, you will be charged Rs. 100 while above 2kgs, shipping will be charged at Rs. 150.

After you place your order via WhatsApp and your order is ready to dispatch, we will give you delivery options to choose from - ranging from Indian Post Order to Delhivery/Shiprocket and the like. (Please note, Indian Post Order has the least shipping rates, but will take around 8-10 days to deliver. If you want your order faster, you can let us know and we will send it through other express delivery companies like DTDC, Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.)

Please make sure you provide accurate, complete shipping details while placing your order. Sulee's will not be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation.

However, please note that once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND POLICY
CONDITIONS:
- We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
- Also, the request needs to be initiated within 24 hours of delivery of the product/parcel

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery through one of the following:

Mandatory Requirements
To raise a valid return or replacement request, MANDATORY requirements are:

1. Uncut/unedited/unpaused Unboxing video: The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from the outer packaging to the damaged or incorrect item. Please Note, this video is MANDATORY for us to process any return or replacement request. Without it, we cannot initiate a return or exchange.

2. Photos of the package and damaged product(s): Clear images of the parcel received and the damaged or incorrect item(s).

PLEASE NOTE, the decision to approve the return/replace request solely rests on Sulee's.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if available in your area). If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the item via a reliable courier (we recommend India Post - Speed Post). Sulee's will reimburse the return shipping cost.
PROCESSING OF THE RETURN/REPLACEMENT
Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will:
- Verify the claim based on the shared unboxing video and product condition
- Process a refund or replacement, based on stock availability.
